In retrospect: A day, another writing spot — this time, I’m outside, sitting at a massive glass table with my iPad and a warm cup of coffee to keep my fingers from freezing.
Even though the sun is out and the sky is brilliantly blue, it is March 2025, and the temperatures are only slowly climbing.
Today feels incredibly beautiful, and Elizabeth Street Garden in NYC makes it even more magical.
Nestled between rows of houses, Elizabeth Street Garden feels like stepping into a scene from a fantasy movie, where characters wander through lush sculpture gardens and secret paths.
Despite being right in the heart of the city, it exudes an almost surreal tranquility.
All I can hear are birds chirping and the gentle murmur of people conversing — a little hidden oasis where nature and art meet in peaceful harmony.
